1. Will I have to pay to attend this programme?
Yes. Each participant will have to pay SGD100. However, those who would like to request for financial aid to waive off the fee can apply to do so via the Financial Aid form which will be available soon.

3. What happens during the one-week programme in Singapore?
Each day of the programme begins at approximately 9 AM in the morning and ends at 5 PM in the evening. Days are packed with leadership capacity building/environmental literacy workshops, learning journeys and mentoring sessions by professional mentors. In addition, the accelerator programme is a residential programme; this environment will facilitate close collaboration and interaction between participants. Students will either live in a student hostel in the University Town of NUS or in a youth hostel in downtown Singapore. Singaporean participants are also required to stay in the provided accommodation during this programme.
4. What happens after the one-week programme in Singapore in Feb-March 2020?
During the programme, you are required to form teams to propose a community-based project with a mentor in your home country. You will then carry out this project upon your return to your country from March to May 2020 with the assistance of your mentors, mainly notable NGO and corporate youth professionals who have had prior leadership experiences in your country. You will also be given a small amount of financial support to kickstart your initiative.
You will be required to attend regular project meetings, write reports and reflections from March to May 2020 on your project progress. As mentioned, you will work in teams to implement your projects and to achieve your deliverables.
5. Commitments: What happens if I am unable to participate fully in the programme (from March to May 2020)?
All selected participants must fully attend the one-week accelerator programme in Feb 2020. You will be notified and required to confirm your attendance in Feb 2020 if you are selected for the programme. You will also then be required to fill in a parental consent form, indemnity form and health declaration from upon your selection. If you decide that you will be unable to participate in the one-week programme in Singapore, your spot will be released to the next person on the waiting list.
Only participants who have attended the one-week programme in Singapore are able to participate in the second phase Together-Gather in June 2020.
